b2b campaign design and production systems
My work at Watson Label Products combines customer-focused visual communication with detailed production execution. I create marketing and production assets that make technical printing capabilities easier to understand while maintaining precise specifications and brand consistency.
Role: Digital Prepress Technician and Designer
Scope:
B2B campaign design, email, digital advertising, print production, reusable templates, variable-data assets, artwork preparation and quality control
The Approach
I use clean hierarchy, concise messaging, realistic product applications, and consistent brand elements to turn technical services into approachable customer benefits. Campaign components are designed as coordinated systems rather than isolated assets, allowing the same message to extend across email, digital advertising, sales materials, and print.
On the production side, I create reusable templates and variable-data assets while managing artwork versions, proof reviews, barcode requirements, and quality-control checkpoints. I also use Claude professionally throughout my daily workflow for order comparison, technical verification, problem solving, and discrepancy detection.
The Challenge
Watson serves customers with highly specific printing, labeling, identification, and variable-data requirements. Marketing materials must communicate those capabilities clearly without overwhelming the audience, while final production files must meet exact technical and quality standards.
Applications
B2B email campaigns
Web banners and digital advertisements
Magazine and print advertisements
Sales and promotional materials
Production-ready label artwork
Variable-data templates
Technical and customer-facing graphics
Brand and production quality control
The Outcome
The work creates a more consistent connection between customer-facing marketing and final production. Reusable assets, structured review practices, and detailed verification improve clarity, reduce avoidable discrepancies, and help projects move efficiently from request through release.
